"Although I originally intended to mediate in a facilitative manner, and still do at times, especially with sophisticated parties and counsel, over the years my mediation style has moved more toward the evaluative style. This is particularly true in bankruptcy mediations, since the evaluative style takes maximum advantage of my substantive knowledge in the area."
